Note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer errors such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or incorrect address entries.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Product Not Received: If your order does not arrive within 14 days of the expected delivery date, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If a replacement cannot be arranged for a damaged or defective product, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days after the issue is confirmed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code (unless damaged or defective)
